Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking (Front Assist)
Available Forward Collision Warning system (included with Front Assist) features sensors in the front of your vehicle to help monitor traffic to alert you of a possible collision. If the system does detect that a collision might happen, it can help apply the brakes.

Parking Steering Assistant (Park Assist)
Available Parking Steering Assistant (Park Assist) is able to judge if a parking spot is large enough for your VW to fit in! You can still argue with your passenger about whether or not your VW can fit in an open spot, but now the Park Assist can weigh-in in real-time! Parking is a lot easier with this awesome safety feature.
Lane Departure Warning (Lane Assist)
Lane Departure Warning (Lane Assist) will help steer you back into the correct lane if it senses your VW drifting to another lane without using your turn signal. This safety feature will particularly helpful when driving at night, when it’s more difficult to keep focus on all of your surroundings.
Blind Spot Monitor
Blind Spot Monitor sensor is available on a new Volkswagen. If you attempt to change lanes in a vehicle with this sensor, Blind Spot Monitor can alert you when another car might be in your blind spot.
Rear Traffic Alert
Available Rear Traffic Alert will be particularly helpful when you backup up your vehicle. This system utilizes cameras that can alert you when another vehicle crosses paths with your VW while you are in Reverse.
Park Distance Control (Park Pilot)
Parking Distance Control (Park Pilot) has sensors that can help you back your Volkswagen safely out of Drive into a parking spot. If you get too close to another vehicle, Park Pilot will let you know with an audible signal!
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
Every driver typically follows the same rules for following distance, but consistently maintaining it is difficult. Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) helps your vehicle maintain a preset distance from the car in front of you. If the car ahead of you speeds up or slows, the system will adjust accordingly.
